Back to Work

After taking yesterday off, basically, I needed to get back to work. Logged on my web platform to monitor my clients and current deals. All was under control, I guess no one worked yesterday either.

Met a client at 1 PM, and I used the laptop to show him other properties in the area. Also I used my laptop to pre-qualify him for a home loan and reviewed his closing costs. I can't believe I ever got by without the laptop available at client meetings, it's a great tool!

Inaugural blog

I've been asked to make a few notes about my notebook usage. I really enjoyed having a notebook yesterday on Inauguration Day. It was cool to be able to sit on the couch all day and watch the coverage, and still be able to do my work from home. I use the web all day for my work and I pretty much need to be accessible to the Internet all day 7 days a week.

I also have a pc, but it's getting old, and slow and now I seem to use the laptop more often.

However there were times i needed to focus on work and then I'd bring the notebook back into my home office and work from the desk. I'd soon get restless and go back in and check the festivities.
